Christmas at Grace

We will have a traditional candlelight Christmas Eve service this year on December 24 at 5:00 p.m. Then, as the Christmas season continues after Christmas day, please also plan on joining us for a special communion service on Sunday, December 27 at 10:00 a.m. Below, you will also find a special Twelve Days of Christmas devotional that is our Christmas gift to you.

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, please bring your family out to celebrate the birth of our Savior through a time of “Lessons and Carols” in which we will reflect on God's plan for Christmas and sing numerous favorite carols. A Christmas Eve candlelight service is always a special time that allows us to slow down in the midst of the hectic rush of the season and focus on the true meaning of Christmas. We hope that you will join us in the celebration of the birth of Jesus this year!

Next Sunday

The joy of Christmas doesn't end on Christmas Day, so we hope you will also join us on Sunday, December 27, as we continue to reflect on the miracle of Jesus's birth. That day we will again return to favorite Christmas songs and we will have a message based on the story of Simeon and Anna's reactions to the baby Jesus and what that tells us about our own call to “come and worship the newborn King.”

A Christmas Devotional for the Twelve Days of Christmas

This year, Pastor Tim and Pastor Patrick invite you to use the Twelve Days of Christmas to reflect on and respond to the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ from a biblical perspective. To help you with that, we have developed twelve devotions that explore the responses to the birth of Jesus found in Scripture, both good and bad. And finally, explore what these responses tell us about how we should respond to Good New of Great Joy in the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. You can download the devotional here.

We hope to see you this week at Grace! Merry Christmas!
