Youth Ministry

Middle School and High School can be the most challenging years for students. The pressures and strain of living for Christ are incredible. Grace Presbyterian Church is committed to ministry to this next generation that speaks their language, challenges them with the truth of the Bible, and provides opportunities for them to develop relationships that make a difference.

The youth ministry at Grace Presbyterian Church exists to present students to Christ; to nurture them in Christ; and equip them to serve in the body of Christ through outreach, fellowship, discipleship, ministry, and worship. The Youth Ministry also exists as a resource to equip parents and families in Christian relationships.

Parents and Youth Ministry

Nuclear families certainly play a significant role in the Christian nurture of teenagers in the church. In fact - ideally - the most significant role. However, it’s not right to expect that all parents will be equipped and prepared, in and of themselves, to lead their children/teens toward Christian maturity in all ways. The years of parenting a teen, are years when parents feel a compelling need to learn to be more effective fathers and mothers. Teenagers, and parents, need an extended Christian family. It is a primary objective and intention at Grace to faithfully come alongside parents as supportive partners.
