Women's Ministry

The desire of our Women’s Ministry (“Women of Grace”) is to evangelize, encourage and equip women to know God and make Him known in their homes, church, community, and world. We do this by cultivating our minds through study of God’s Word, extending our hearts in fellowship and mentoring relationships with one another, and opening our hands in service to others.

Summer Sunday School

Two Great New Classes from July 27 - August 24

Our Summer Sunday school quarter continues with two new classes aimed to help us better understand the story of God's care for us. One will look at the story of God's deliverance of the Israelites in Exodus, while the other will look at what we can learn about God and about serving his people through literary stories old and new. Please join us and make one of these classes part of your story this summer!

Grace4all Summer Film Festival

Films, fellowship and fun for Youth and Adults

Drawing a blank on what you want to watch this summer? Join us for the second annual Grace4all Summer Film Festival, occurring on Wednesdays throughout the summer. We’ll enjoy fun and fellowship with thought-provoking films for youth and adults. All films will start at 7:00 p.m.; a time of discussion about the film will follow each night's feature.

Spring Sunday School Classes

As we move forward after reflecting on the joy of the Resurrection at Easter, like the disciples, we have to ask “now what.” In this quarter's Sunday school classes, we have three opportunities to better understand the calling Christ has given to every person. Join us as we seek to understand how to better follow our risen Lord.

Vacation Bible School: SonTreasure Island

June 9-13, 9:00-11:30 a.m.

There is treasure to be found this summer at Grace Presbyterian Church in St. Charles! More costly than gold, more precious than diamonds, it's the greatest treasure of all - God's love! Each day of Vacation Bible School, children will discover how Jesus' life illustrates God's love, as described in 1 Corinthians 13.

Holy Week at Grace

We began the season of Lent with a special Ash Wednesday service in early March, and now we approach “Holy Week” — the week leading up to Easter. We will of course be celebrating Palm Sunday with our regular Sunday morning service at 10:00 am, complete with our kid’s choir processing with palm branches to remind us Christ’s entry into Jerusalem.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Saturday, April 19, 10 a.m.

Please join us - rain or shine - for a fun filled morning. In addition to the traditional egg hunt, we'll have face painting, crafts, cookies, and more. It's free for all and open to all. Invite your friends and join us. We can't wait to see you there!

Ash Wednesday

Join us for an evening service at 7:00 p.m.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the 40 day period in the church year known as Lent. During the Lenten season, we look to Jesus's crucifixion and resurrection with confidence that our God desires to hear from us in the midst of our struggles as we seek to be more like him. At Grace, our Ash Wednesday service is a quiet, meditative service intended to provide us with an opportunity to reflect with humility on our failings and challenges we face and bring them before the Lord.

A part of that includes the imposition of ashes on one's forehead; we will follow this ancient Christian ritual, but anyone who would rather not participate in the imposition can easily remain seated.

Inclement Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather on the day of a service, we have a simple overview of our winter weather policy.

Grace4all in the New Year

On Wednesday evenings at Grace we gather for Grace4all. The exciting evening of events starts at 5:45 p.m., when we enjoy a short, approximately half hour worship service together as a church family. Presently, we are in the midst of a series of messages on the Book of Exodus. Children and the junior high youth will head off from the service at 6:00 p.m. for their regular programs, while adults will have a selection of classes and other activities to choose from starting at 6:15 p.m.
